Members and Invitations
Invite colleagues and manage their access to your team subscription.
Inviting Members
To invite a team member, go to Settings → Team and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation email with a link to join.
- The link opens the invitation: sign in, or choose Create Account to register with the email pre-filled
- The invitation must be accepted while signed in with the invited email address
- Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend them from the Team settings page
- The invitee's personal paid subscription must have ended before they can join. Scheduling cancellation alone does not make an active subscription eligible.
Managing Members
Deactivate removes team access and frees the slot; the member stays listed under Deactivated Members and can be reactivated from the Team settings page while the plan has a free slot. Remove (or the member leaving) deletes the membership. Either way the member falls back to the Free plan. Pending invitations also count toward capacity.
Leaving a Team
Members can leave at any time from Settings → Team. When you leave:
- You lose access to the team's plan features immediately
- Your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your obfuscation history and API keys are preserved; your API keys stop working until you have API access again
- Your slot is released for the owner to fill
What Happens When the Plan Changes
- Owner downgrades from Team or Business to Pro or Free: all team members are deactivated and pending invitations are revoked.
- Owner downgrades from Business to Team: if more than 5 members are active, the most recently joined members beyond that limit are deactivated.
- Owner cancels the subscription: a scheduled cancellation keeps the team working until the end of the paid period. When the subscription actually ends, all members are deactivated and pending invitations are revoked.
Members deactivated this way are not reactivated automatically; after resubscribing, the owner reactivates them from the Team settings page.
